Vomos Cargo Pants Unisex Cutting Straight Cut Regular Fit (Unisex)

Not meant as unisex. It's too short to fit a male.

The measurements are totally off. Purchased size S which supposedly has a length of 38.5 inch, but when I received the pants, it was only 34 inch. I was then told to pay RM15 in order for me to exchange the size. But how do I exchange when I could not rely on the measurements?
