If there’s any sign of manufacturing defect on the item that you have purchased or if you find that the product does not fit you well, you may return the product within 30-days for an exchange and refund.


Please note that the product will have to be in the exact same condition as when you have received it and with the original packaging.

  • Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange or return. In order to be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused/unwashed and in the original packaging. Returned item(s) must be attached with tags. (Please be sure to not discard any packaging materials). Approval for return must be obtained by sending the relevant photos to before the relevant team provides you with a return address.
  • Return shipment tracking falls under the customer & customer appointed courier provider responsibilities in making sure it reached Vomos Return Center. Any lost return shipment falls under customer appointed courier provider, provided no tracking available and no proof available that it reached Vomos Return Center.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only available for size and/or color of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed. 
  • Applicable for return and exchange in the event of “wrong size” or “defect upon receiving".
  • Please do not discard any packaging material and ensure everything is returned in the same condition as you’ve received it. Return items must not be soiled, washed or altered, with no visible signs of wear or tear.
  • Vomos reserves the rights to not accept any return requests which does not meet our standard return policy.
  • In the event if the preferred size is out of stock, the customer may choose to exchange with another colour (depending on stock availability) or opt in for a return and refund.
