Placing orders

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. You can proceed to your shopping cart and check out when you have done picking. Check and ensure that all information is correct before payment is made.

Payment methods

We accept Credit Card/Debit Card, online banking, e-wallet (TouchnGo, Grab pay, Shopee pay, Boost) and also BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later)

Discount code

You may apply discount code available at the check out section.

Shipping duration

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 working days of purchase.

Order Cancellation

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel order once it has been placed. It is advisable to check your order before payment is made.

Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after you have placed the order successfully. However, please note that orders will only be shipped when credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified.
We highly recommend you to register an account so that you can check the status of your order in “My Account”.

Delivery status

We will send you a tracking number when your order was shipped. You may check the delivery status by using the tracking number provided from us.
Please note that tracking info will be displayed 2-5 days after updated. Please try in 1-2 days later if you couldn't track your delivery status.

Return Policy

If there happened to be problem with your order placed (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you to review the case and we will be sending a replacement if your request is approved. Please do not return anything before we review the case, any further instructions will be send by our customer service team after reviewing your request. www.vomos.asia reserves the right to deny any return request.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
