We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the delivery date provided that refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

The merchandise must have label/ hangtag intact.
The merchandise must be unwashed with no visible signs of wear or tear.
The purchaser will return the item at their own cost, and we will issue exchanges free of charge thereafter.

VÓMOS reserve the rights to reject a refund or exchange requests for returned item(s) that do not comply with the terms above. Only one exchange is granted per purchase. Shipping fees paid are not included in the refund. Refunds are only provided after products are received and processed at our warehouse. Please note that refunds are strictly not allowed for items that have been exchanged.
