Local and international delivery takes around 10-15 working days once your order has been placed for READY STOCK items. This DOES NOT apply for PRE-ORDER items. Please check the item’s status before making a purchase as they are clearly stated on the website.

If you received the wrong item/ have an item missing from an order, please contact us immediately. Please email us your order details and provide evidence to issue an exchange/ refund. If your correct item is out of stock, we will reimburse your money to your original payment method.

Payment methods
a. Credit/Debit/PayPal Paypal verifies payments through debit/credit cards are done to avoid any fraudulence activities. For payments with debit/credit card, please select PayPal and choose "Pay as Guest". If you wish to proceed to pay with your PayPal account, please sign in and pay as you would with other sites. 
b. Online Transfer You can process a payment transfer (via online banking) to our account during check-out. No extra charges will be imposed via this payment as we have absorbed the necessary fees for customers that pay via this method. 
c. ATM TransferYou can bank-in to us via Cash Deposit machines to our account accordingly and email us the proof of purchase with your order number, personal details to for us to proceed the shipping process. We will automatically cancel your order if the payment was not made within 24 hours.

You will need to email us at within the first 48 hours to stop the process your order. Terms & Conditions apply.

Unfortunately, you’ll have to make a separate order for the additional item(s).

Unfortunately, we only refund delivery fees for defect products. Delivery fees are borne by the customer, and we are not liable for replacements/exchanges/refunds until the item reaches our office.

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your refund. Refunds may take up 15 business days to be credited back into your original payment method.
